✨ Custom Orders

• All PressOns are hand-painted and made-to-order. Please allow 7–10 business days for creation (not including shipping).
• Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

✨ Payments

• Full payment is required before I begin creating your set.
• Payments are non-refundable once your order is started.

✨ Sizing

• Sizing kits are recommended before ordering to ensure the perfect fit. Krylic Fairy is not responsible for incorrect sizing provided by the client.

✨ Fixes & Repairs

• If there is an issue with your order (wrong size/design error on my end), please notify me within 72 hours of delivery.
• After 72 hours, or for issues caused by wear and tear, there will be a small fee for replacements or fixes.
• Replacement nails can be purchased individually (great if you lose or damage a nail).

✨ Care Instructions

• Each set comes with an application kit and nail care instructions.
• For best results and longer wear, please follow the care guide provided.

✨ Refunds/Exchanges

• Due to the custom nature of PressOns, all sales are final.
• No refunds or exchanges unless the mistake was on my end.
